These assets include (but may not be limited to) a trailer marked Obedio – Notspot Broadband, professional tools, IT equipment, and stock items, all of which are recorded company assets identifiable via serial numbers and company records.
The company has not authorised any sale, transfer, disposal, or removal of these assets.
The company does not recognise any representation by any individual that they were authorised to dispose of or transfer company property.
If you have acquired any such item, please be aware that the company asserts full legal ownership and does not recognise any such transaction. Any person who has paid money for such items should seek recovery of those funds from the individual who purported to sell or transfer them.
The company will commence civil recovery proceedings for delivery up and damages in respect of any unauthorised disposal or retention of company assets. Any person found to have participated in such disposal or retention will be joined to those proceedings.
A financial reward is offered for verified information leading to the recovery of company assets. All information will be treated confidentially.
