We’re expanding our Stroud team and are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join us in a primarily office-based role, within a local company operating on a global stage.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our strategic partners, Salesforce and Informatica, supporting their sales organisations by proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities.
You’ll often be set objectives by partner Account Directors within specific industry verticals. This may involve researching a defined set of target customers, identifying key stakeholders and influencers, and understanding their business challenges so that we can jointly position the right solution.
At other times, you’ll be expected to identify and develop new opportunities independently within those verticals, using your own initiative.
Alongside a competitive basic salary, you’ll earn commission on opportunities you originate, as well as on opportunities introduced to you by partner Account Directors. This is a collaborative, mutually beneficial relationship that rewards shared success.

You’ll engage in meaningful discussions with senior professionals about Salesforce, data quality, Master Data Management, integration, and data governance.
What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
• Office-based in Stroud (this is not a remote role)
• Working closely with Informatica Account Executives
• The phone is your primary tool, supported by email and LinkedIn
• Discussing real business issues with Salesforce-using organisations
• Contributing to shaping deals typically worth £80k–£100k+
Sales cycles typically run 3–6 months — this is about thoughtful, consultative selling, not just dialling numbers.
You’ll Fit Well If You…
• Have 3+ years’ experience in B2B or technical sales
• Are confident speaking with senior decision-makers
• Value quality conversations over high-volume targets
• Enjoy learning and tackling complex ideas
• Want to progress into higher-value, consultative sales
