As advised by the government Lifenet Technology shop is closed until further notice.

We know you still need your devices during this worrying time, in some respects more than ever and would like to offer a reduced service as far as we are able via courier and/or royal mail. We have been in touch with DPD and they are currently offering a home collection next day service.

If you would like to get in touch with us to discuss shipping your device or indeed any other matter, PLEASE CONTACT US. We are still here to help albeit virtually.

Please DON’T ship your device without calling us first as we are not working from the shop but are working at home. In addition to this stock such as screen replacements are still available at the time of writing but obviously availability and circumstances are changing on an hourly basis. We will repair and ship phones back on the same day as long as we are able to.

Stay safe, stay well, practice social distancing, clean your device before you send it (please) and we promise we’ll clean it before we send it back.

The government are recommending social distancing to curb the spread of Coronavirus. During this period Lifenet Technology is remaining open but will be shut on Fridays. During the pandemic we are all reliant on our technology devices and Lifenet Technology will continue to offer a service as long as we are able. However, we respectfully ask that you don’t visit the shop if you have a cough or high temperature.

At Lifenet Technology Surfaces are cleaned with anti-bacterial spray after every customer leaves the repair shop. Due to the close proximity of the washroom we are able wash our hands regularly and we have hand sanitizer. It is also possible for you to enter the shop and there not be anyone else in the shop and we can stay behind the counter, allowing a two-metre distance as recommended by WHO. When the weather allows the door will be open negating the need to touch the handle. When the door cannot be open the handle will be cleaned regularly.
Please be aware that your device will be wiped down with diluted rubbing alcohol before and after it is serviced. This does it no harm but ensures both your safety and that of other Lifenet Technology customers.

If you are unable to come into the repair shop during this time, we will be offering a postal service for small items such as phones. We are also able to accept phones that are posted through the repair shop door (in a jiffy bag – please wipe down the phone before you send it and it will be cleaned when it arrives and before it is sent back). We can send it back in the post if you provide a return address to negate the need for you to come into the shop.

Most importantly stay safe, be well and look after your loved ones through out this time.
