We are extending our opening hours during the school holidays!!
Monday-Friday 9-5
Saturdays 8.30-4

All drinks and milkshakes will be avaliable during these hours! Food is served 9-4

We have a new menu!!

This is a small sneak peak at what we have released in the past few days!! Added extras including pancakes😍😍😍😍

To all of our regular customers who knew the old system with the menus hanging on the wall, our new ones are now on the tables!
You still order at the till as normal, but please don’t forget to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies!

We will be closing at 3pm today to allow our staff an early finish to go home and rest after being in the heat.

Coffee shop Manager vacancy

We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to run our cafe within burton library. The position is full time 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7.
Ideally the candidate needs to be experienced, hardworking with a can do attitude. Current Food safety knowledge and the ability to manage staff are essential requirements.

☀️Good morning☀️

What a lovely sunny day we have again!

We have every single one of our tables and chairs out for outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome too but only on our outside tables.

We have a lovely selection of cakes and scones to choose from along with our normal menu!

We have lots of new iced drink creations that we have come up with to accommodate for this hot weather!
*all of our coffees can be made decaf and with alternative milk*
Syrups can also be added to make it extra tasty!!!

As a lot of you are aware we had new ownership in October, along with that we also have some new staff members!

☀️MEET THE TEAM☀️

❣️Sarah❣️
Sarah is our new Manager, she worked at the sister business called the summerhouse bakery before coming over to the library. When Sarah isn’t working she is busy at home being a mum to her little girl.

❣️Jas❣️
Jasmine is one of our baristas, she started in January and has now become a loved member of our team. Jasmine is always looking for new coffee creations for you to try!

❣️Glenda❣️
Glenda is our longest standing team member. The loveliest lady to serve you your drinks and food. When Glenda isn’t at work she is spending time with her family or baking.

❣️Bev❣️
Bev is one of our newer ladies. Extremely friendly! If Bev isn’t bringing over one of our delicious teas or coffees she’s most likely talking your ear off about the weather!

❣️Cheryle❣️
Cheryle is our Monday lady. She gives us some of the best ideas on how to improve our cafe. When cheryle isn’t at work she enjoys gardening.

❣️Lorca❣️
Lorca is our Saturday girl. Quiet but a dark horse deep down. She is at sixth form studying but when she has her free time she likes to play the piano, she can play grade 6 music.
