One manager attends training and gains new knowledge.

Three managers attend together and create momentum.

When managers learn together, they can discuss ideas, challenge assumptions and support each other as they put learning into practice.

That’s why many organisations choose to send multiple managers to our Neurodiversity Awareness Training.

✅Shared understanding
✅Consistent approaches across teams
✅Better conversations about support and adjustments
✅Greater impact from the learning

We have places available on 16th November 2026, and organisations can book multiple places with payment by invoice.

“What’s one thing you wish your employer knew about being neurodivergent?”

💥 Survey says...

It’s not that we can’t do the job.
It’s that we often do it differently.
Understanding those differences can be the difference between someone merely coping at work and truly thriving.

Three simple questions can make all the difference when a colleague needs support.

When someone is struggling, it’s easy to jump straight into solutions. But the best conversations start with understanding.

What are you finding difficult?
What’s getting in the way?
What would help?

These questions help managers move beyond assumptions and have more meaningful conversations about performance, wellbeing and support.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to create the space for the right conversation.

This is one of the many practical tools covered in our Neurodiversity Awareness Training, helping managers build confidence, improve communication and better support neurodivergent colleagues.

Does every important conversation happen without preparation?

Most of us wouldn’t walk into a client meeting, interview or presentation completely unprepared. Yet difficult workplace conversations are often expected to happen on the spot.

Without preparation:
No Agenda
No Focus
No Outcome

With preparation:
Clear Agenda
Better ideas and discussion
Agreed actions and next steps

A few minutes spent planning the conversation can make the difference between confusion and clarity.

That ‘s why we created our Meeting Checklist, a practical tool to help managers and professionals prepare for important conversations with confidence.

Walked down the stairs with total purpose. Got to the bottom. No idea why I was there. Straight back up again. 😂

If you've got ADHD, you'll know this one well. There's actually a name for it: the "doorway effect". Research shows that walking through a doorway acts as a mental "event boundary", and your brain files away what you were doing in the last room to make space for the new one.

Everyone experiences it from time to time. For many ADHD brains, though, it happens far more often, because working memory (the brain's sticky note for "what am I doing right now?") holds information for a shorter time and is easier to knock off course.

It isn't laziness or a lack of care. It's a difference in how the brain manages information.

A few things that genuinely help:
-Say the task out loud as you set off ("getting the stapler")
-Carry something linked to the task so you've got a visual cue
-Go back to where the thought started. It often comes straight back

Laugh about it, and don't beat yourself up

At work, small adjustments like written task lists, reminders and clear follow-ups can make a big difference for neurodivergent colleagues.

How many times have you done this today? Be honest 👇
