Reactive to incoming calls to solve our existing client's employees IT challenges, so their staff can be up and running again with little down time. Monitoring of client systems to proactively react to potential IT issues. Logging all actions on our CRM and creating tasks where needed.

The role is office based Monday to Friday with some client visits from time to time. Basic IT qualifications are important or existing experience within an IT support/help desk environment is also a bonus but not essential. There will be ongoing training on a day to day basis as required with other IT support team members working alongside you. £18,000 to £24,000 basic income depending on experience + other benefits

We are looking to expand our IT Support desk team from junior to supervisor levels. This will be in the Herts, Essex or Cambs area.
