Location: Bideford (CV drop-offs welcome at Bude or Holsworthy!)

Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm | Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm on rota with a weekday off in lieu | Occasional evening call-outs)
Pay: Competitive / Dependent on experience

Are you great with tech and love helping people? We are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager & IT Assistant to lead day-to-day operations and deliver hands-on technical support at our Bideford Computers store.

Key Responsibilities:
Run daily shop operations and provide friendly, jargon-free customer service.
Diagnose and repair PC/laptop hardware, software, and virus issues.
Attend local on-site visits and evening call-outs when required.

What You'll Need:
Strong technical troubleshooting and PC/laptop repair skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
Reliability, initiative, and weekend/evening flexibility.
