Over 15 years' experience working in tech. I'm confident that I can fix any computer related issue, or you pay nothing!

Are you after selling a piece of hardware but it's in bad condition, cleanliness-wise? or maybe you just don't have time to spruce it up yourself, don't panic, drop it off with me and I will clean it up for you and get it as good as the day you bought it.
All hardware repairs/upgrades are recorded. This is to cover my back. Recordings are kept for 6 months. Software repairs are also recorded, but not of the screen.
