Kudos Software is a full-time Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing tech company in Devon. We’re a friendly team at Kudos and full training and support will be provided.

We want a customer-friendly person to join our team to communicate daily with customers and support their Kudos software installed in their shops, workshops and offices. This person should have the ability to provide excellent customer service and convey the friendly and helpful reputation Team Kudos is known for.

Our Support Analysts provide first line remote software support, resolving simple issues and documenting more complex issues accurately. They carry out remote diagnostics supporting desktop, website and mobile app installations, as well as assigning modification and training requests to the relevant team.

The ideal person will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a helpdesk or retail environment and it would be useful (but not essential) to have some experience of EPOS software and/or retail.

Based in our offices in Buckfastleigh, with some home working.

The salary for this role is £23,795 PA and Kudos also offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and provides a pension scheme.

This brilliant charity supports the care and wellbeing of people in their community by bringing healthcare as close to home as possible and working against loneliness and isolation 💙

Thank you to all the amazing charity retailers that took the time to apply 👏 The selection process was rigorous, and the finalists were anonymised for the final judging panel, which included Susan Meredith, Deputy CEO Charity Retail Association, Anna Phillips, Partner Foot Anstey & Sarah Dodd, Managing Director, Kudos Software who selected a winner using set criteria.

The judges found it incredibly challenging to compare the applications, as all the charities are doing exceptional work, and each application was deserving of support. But in the end, the judges agreed that The Friends of Friends of Fairford and Lechlade Communities were worthy winners 🤩
