Flooring Trends for 2021.
There is a c***k of light and it seems we may all be able to emerge from our homes, blinking in the bright light and once again spending time with loved ones.
We have all come to appreciate our homes, castle or flat, and come to terms with the spaces we live in.
2021 flooring styles have begun to appear on our horizons and its exciting. Bold colours, patterns and statement pieces are beginning to make their mark with our manufacturers.
With comfort and well being at the forefront of our minds, indulging in warmth and soft flooring should be too. Carpet is making a huge comeback, offering a relaxing feel and sustainability often missing in hard flooring.
Choose from a huge range of sustainable wool carpets, available in soft shades or braver patterns, let your personality shine out. Take a look at natural flooring, sisal, jute and seagrass are perfect as wall to wall carpeting or as rugs with contrasting borders.
The back to nature feel with soft warm colours will create a home to feel relaxed. If colour feels too brave for you, think texture. Looped carpet can bring an extra dimension to your room, use large loops for low traffic areas such as bedrooms and a tighter loop for busier areas. The light will play on the loops and bring the floor to life whilst retaining a neutral palette.
