28th July 2014, I embarked on this journey and started trading as my own company to provide IT Support services to organisations in and around Dundee. 7 years on, I am proud to say we are still going strong. It has been an incredibly rewarding journey with a few challenges along the way. Over the last 18 months especially we have had to adapt very quickly and more importantly successfully to provide service and solutions to our customers which enabled them to transition to a work from home/hybrid work environment almost overnight. I have some great partner relationships in place which have allowed me to transition the business towards a Managed Service Provider and provided the tools needed to keep looking after customers endpoints, servers, networks and security. I would like to thank all customers for continuing to trust in me and look forward to providing a great level of service for the next 7 years and beyond.
