A customer came in today with a laptop which was oddly shaped on the top. The track pad was sticking up at a strange angle.
So, we took the back cover off, and we saw this. It was disconnected from the laptop and put outside pretty darned quickly.
This is one of the worst we have ever seen.
And a very real fire risk.
If you ever have difficulty pressing any area of your mouse pad/ touch pad, get it checked out. If you battery isn’t holding its charge, get it checked out.
When these things go off, they can be a massive fire risk. For those who don’t know, the entire battery is supposed to be nice and flat. That bulge is serious.

Debbie Rowley who is our Area manager for Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster and Bewley.

Samantha Gould who is our registered manager.

Jane Bedenham who is our Evesham and Pershore area manager.
