We love our staff and as a small family run business we look after our team and care about their ‘work life balance’. In return our team cares about the business and its clients in a way that larger companies cannot even imagine.
We are small but very well established with nearly 20 years under our belts, so working with us will give you a long term stable job with decent payrises annually. We are not a big corporate with faceless execs. The directors are in it with you, working together to secure everyones futures.
We are not planning on taking over the world, steady growth is the key, so promotions are very rare.. but not impossible! Salary is based on skills and how much you care about the company and its clients. We have no managers, we work as a unified team, everyone works together to support clients.
We have a spacious, relaxed office located in Redditch/Bromsgrove area, so only apply if you are happy to commute in every working day. Funds are not bottomless like in many corpeoate companies but we supply the best tech to our team. Not just some standard spec. reconditioned kit passed on from that last employee!!
Being in the office is NOT a negative in our minds as we love the collaboration, communication and comaraderie that the office environment brings SO... This job role is not and will never be a ‘working from home’ job... if this is what you are looking for then do not apply.
So if you have a minimum of 3 years experience in the tech/IT support sector, love all things Microsoft/Azure/hardware/servers and you love helping people (not just the tech!!) then we are looking for you!!!
