Vertali's Graham Clark is cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, just short of 1000 miles, averaging about 70 miles a day, in aid of Dementia UK, as Graham's father died of dementia in 2019. New to Z team member, Marcus typically starts his work day by reviewing overnight ServiceNow tickets before diving into training, developing new skills, or shadowing live projects. Known for a strong work ethic and sharp problem-solving skills, Marcus thrives on tackling challenges and quickly getting to grips with new technologies or unfamiliar tasks.

One career highlight so far was attending a z/VM event in Manchester with Velocity and fellow Vertali colleagues - an inspiring day packed with learning and networking. What stands out most about life at Vertali for Marcus is the people: a friendly, sociable culture where colleagues connect over lunches, conferences, and shared success.

Outside of work, Marcus is a keen Marvel comics fan, with a particular soft spot for The Punisher!

Rob Herring is our Employee of the Month! Rob has made a real impact over the past few months, taking on tough challenges, driving key initiatives through to completion, and keeping critical work moving at pace.

While supporting several large migration projects, he’s also stepped up to cover out-of-hours support for two clients, jumped in at short notice to cover for a colleague, and consistently backed up the team whenever help was needed. Huge congratulations, and well done, Rob!
