👋 Meet Scott, our Support Team Lead!

“I’ve been at Exacta for four years now. Day to day, I deal with RMA queries, support customers with diagnosing issues, and help guide the Support Team. Every customer is different, so there’s always a new puzzle to solve!”

When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys time with his family, heading out for long walks, and fitting in some gaming whenever he can.

His advice for anyone wanting to follow a similar path?

“I always start by asking why. I look at the small details that make up the bigger picture and, when needed, work backwards until I find the answer. Never be afraid to ask questions; that’s often where the solution begins.”

When he’s not making his rounds of the warehouse or driving a forklift, Brad usually enjoys being out on a mountain bike or playing video games 🚲

His advice to anyone starting out in the STEM world?

Some of our team were out and about last Wednesday, volunteering at the incredible Bristol Together Championships 🏅

It’s an exciting event run by Community of Purpose that brings together primary school children from across Bristol for a day of football, fun, and community spirit.

Days like this encourage children from all types of backgrounds to come together and work as a team, fostering new friendships and understanding, all through their love of football ⚽💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. We loved being a part of it and are proud to volunteer as part of the Exacta Group's community work.

👋 Meet Thomas, one of our Assembly Engineers!

“I work in Assembly, building systems to specification with the rest of the team, and making sure every unit is completed to the highest standard.”

Outside of work, Thomas is an avid gamer who built his own PC before joining Exacta. He also enjoys spending time with friends playing trading card and strategy games 🎮🎲

His advice for anyone wanting to work in STEM?
“If you’re passionate about something, put the effort in outside of school/work to improve your skills and achieve your goals, turning something you enjoy into a career makes it all worth it.”
