n of over 30 years of experience running garages. While we may be the 'IT guys', since day one, our products were all formed by real-life experience running motor trade businesses. We've always relied on our customers to shape the future of our products. We have systems in place so customers can leave feedback and request new features, which are then reviewed by the directors and management team every week. Support has always been something we take great pride in, and our reviews on Google would agree. To us, it shouldn't be difficult to pick up the phone and speak to an actual human being.
