Hello Everyone,
As we begin the new year, we would like to take the opportunity to share an update on some recent role changes within the team.
Over the past nine months, we have been working through a small internal reshuffle to better reflect the evolving needs of the business and our clients. We are delighted to now confirm the following role promotions:
Firstly, we are pleased to announce that Dave Harding has been promoted to Head of Client Services. This reflects the direction his role has taken in ensuring our clients are well supported and kept up to date through regular review meetings, while continuing to uphold the high standards of service we strive to deliver.
Following on from this, we are also excited to announce that Phil Paige has been promoted to Support Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the support team.
Within the technical team, we are pleased to welcome Gerry and Jack into expanded roles:
Gerry has been promoted to Escalations and Project Coordinator, supporting the management of planned projects and installation deadlines, while continuing to play a key role in handling escalated support cases.
Jack has been promoted to Support and Projects Technician, as he becomes more involved in delivering migrations and project rollouts alongside Ben and Gerry.
As many of you will be aware, Darren retired in April 2025. Following this, we welcomed Martin Pike to the team, focusing on procurement and development. His role has included updating our internal systems as we move towards enhanced server solutions, managing client licence purchases, and supporting ongoing development work.
