A Bristol based communications company are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. The role is based in the BS3 area of Bristol.

The working hours will be 15 – 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday. There is flexibility to structure the hours to suit your needs / commitments.

The Sales Administrator will be required to work closely with the Director and other members of the team. You will process orders, offer customer support and assist with billing enquiries, as well as dealing with other tasks as required. You will also have regular contact with clients both on the telephone and face to face.

The skills requires for the role are as follows:
aBility (Billing system) – Essential to the role
WRL3 provisioning portal – good work knowledge
Outlook (email) – good work knowledge
Microsoft Office – good work knowledge

The duties of the Sales Administrator are shown below.
All times shown are indications only and will vary on a daily basis
1) Processing orders – 20%
2) Handling faults – 10%
3) Dealing with enquiries – 20%
4) Billing enquiries – 10%
5) Adding & Updating client records – 20%
6) Bill run – 10% (once a month)
7) Credit control – 10%

Previous sales administration experience and previous knowledge of aBility is essential to the role.

A leading Email Marketing company are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their team to cover a 9 month maternity contract in Bristol.

Although this is a temporary position there is a real possibility that there may be the opportunity to be permanently employed after the contract.

My client is looking for candidates who have excellent coordination and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work load and deliver excellent customer service to clients.

A marketing background would be advantageous however not essential.

Currently recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to be based in Clevedon, Bristol for a specialist car dealership. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a salary between £17 – 18K per annum.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
• Sourcing products worldwide and organising associated inbound shipping
• Liaising with existing suppliers and developing relationships with new suppliers
• Being a very niche business, the candidate is not expected to have prior specific product knowledge but purchasing experience is essential, as is a strong interest in the automotive sector. An interest in the workings of cars is particularly important given the nature of my clients’ business.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suit and be familiar with purchasing items from the internet and listing items for sale on company websites. Candidates will however be trained on the companies computer software.
