A Bristol based communications company are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. The role is based in the BS3 area of Bristol.
The working hours will be 15 – 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday. There is flexibility to structure the hours to suit your needs / commitments.
The Sales Administrator will be required to work closely with the Director and other members of the team. You will process orders, offer customer support and assist with billing enquiries, as well as dealing with other tasks as required. You will also have regular contact with clients both on the telephone and face to face.
The skills requires for the role are as follows:
aBility (Billing system) – Essential to the role
WRL3 provisioning portal – good work knowledge
Outlook (email) – good work knowledge
Microsoft Office – good work knowledge
The duties of the Sales Administrator are shown below.
All times shown are indications only and will vary on a daily basis
1) Processing orders – 20%
2) Handling faults – 10%
3) Dealing with enquiries – 20%
4) Billing enquiries – 10%
5) Adding & Updating client records – 20%
6) Bill run – 10% (once a month)
7) Credit control – 10%
Previous sales administration experience and previous knowledge of aBility is essential to the role.
