MENOPAUSE!
Yep a subject that makes some people cry and feel terrible, thats just the men! Its a subject that is seen as taboo, especially within the male area. It is often not understood and the way it can have a impact on lives is incredible!
So over the next few days possibly weeks and moving forward here at TBT we are going to discuss this important topic, what it is, the impact it can have, how things can be helped, what role exercise plays, what role other health process plays.
The aim is to help if you are going through it and dont understand whats going on, to help if you are a man and you dont understand what it is and what your partner may be going through, to give help and ways you can get help from relevant places and to promote healthy discussion that helps everyone involved.
So yes I know its a subject that you may wonder how can a man understand or how can he write about this, I cant write that I understand what is actually being felt or what someone is going through but I can try to write about empathising and helping understanding on this subject.
So if you are a man these posts are also for you, dont ignore them please. You never know, you may just learn something and it may change your life as well as your partners!
