Most organisations measure AI adoption by usage rates. But usage doesn't tell you whether AI is being used safely, effectively, or in ways that will hold up under scrutiny.

And the QA team built two agents that cut accessibility compliance work from 38 hours to 30 minutes per page.
That capability now belongs to the organisation.
