We’re excited to welcome Ellie Faulder and Rob Smith!

Ellie joins us as a Planning Consultant, bringing 4.5 years of diverse experience across private practice and the public sector. From delivering planning solutions for agricultural sites and SHELAA submissions to her work with the Peak District National Park Authority in Development Management and Policy, Ellie has played a key role in Local Plan delivery, neighbourhood planning, and community grant schemes.

Rob is a Chartered Town Planner with over seven years’ experience in local government, most recently at Wychavon District Council. With a strong track record across residential, commercial, agricultural, and renewable energy projects, Rob is known for navigating complex applications and balancing policy with sustainable development outcomes.

Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality planning solutions.
