About you
We are looking for a Front End Developer who loves what they do, writes code that they are proud of, has a can-do attitude, and can hit the ground running. We need you to write beautiful, fast Javascript and HTML to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way. You will be a part of a small creative team that is responsible for all aspects of ongoing software development from the initial specification through to developing, testing, and launching.
Responsibilities:
- Take designs and convert them into clean CSS, HTML, and JS markup
- Write clean, well designed, and well-documented code
- Build accessible, fast, and responsive websites
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of proven software development experience in HTML5, CSS, and Javascript (knowledge of frameworks such as React & Svelte are a plus)
- Solid vanilla Javascript knowledge (Typescript is a plus)
- Good working knowledge of version control tooling (GIT)
- Experience building accessible, fast and responsive websites
- Passion for best coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- Ability and eagerness to learn and keep up to date on new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail (an eye for design is a plus)
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
