Yonex All England. Feature install for the Players Lounge at Yonex All England badminton championships this year. This central pillar depicts the journey of a young badminton fan going from spectator to champion in a story of their career.

The metal framework from last year’s players lounge provided a unique opportunity to tell the story in a graphic novel format - and working within the existing structure I was given free rein to weave a narrative into the available space.

This thing stands at 3 meters tall so was a big technical undertaking to plan and develop a way of working which allowed the artwork and textures to be scalable without the use of traditional vectors. The 3 sides of art were designed to be broken down into individual panels that could be slotted into the original framework and work seamlessly across the entire structure.

Massive thank you to and for the opportunity to work on such an interesting project, and to the team at . Was an absolute dream job from start to finish. Looking forward to creating some more large scale works soon!

Portfolio reviews! Super excited to announce I’ve partnered with Adobe for their first ever UK Creative Café event, taking place at on the 11th April. This will be a great opportunity for you to have your portfolio reviewed and gain industry feedback on your work. I’ll be there along side 4 other local designers and illustrators .creative & .

The afternoon is an open session to students, recent graduates and young creators pursuing a career in graphic art and design.
