A PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENT DESERVES A PROFESSIONAL ENDING.

The final shift is worked.
The timesheet is completed.
The worker clocks out and heads home.
But is the assignment actually closed?

For hirers, ending a temporary assignment should involve more than simply removing the worker from the rota.

Has the agency been informed?
Have all hours been confirmed?
Has company property been returned?
Have access arrangements been reviewed?
Has the worker been clearly told what happens next?

Clear communication at the end matters just as much as it does at the beginning.

It helps the worker, the agency and the hirer close the assignment with clarity—and reduces avoidable confusion.

THE RIGHT WORKER CAN STILL BE THE WRONG MATCH.

A worker can have years of experience and a strong CV but still not be the right fit for a particular assignment.

Why? Because experience is not the same as suitability.

The right match depends on understanding the actual duties, working environment, hours, qualifications and expectations of the assignment.

And when a placement does not work, the issue may not always be the worker. It could be the match or simply a lack of clear information.

Filling a vacancy is one thing. Filling it well is another.
