The BITES project has recently seen Hensol Castle Distillery installed with bespoke data collection points. Led by Walden Phillips Ltd, the information gathered will enable the distillery to effectively target any production issues and address any inefficiencies.

Introducing you to the second film in the Business Innovation and Tourism Escalator Scheme (BITES) Project series, funded by the Welsh Government.

As part of the BITES project, we have been working with Walden Phillips Ltd, a manufacturing engineering business, who are installing data points for data gathering at various points along the production line at Hensol Castle Distillery. This will help Hensol Castle Distillery become more efficient and identify areas for improvement.

To understand the current state of the manufacturing sector Wavehill, with the support of Industry Wales, has been appointed by the Welsh Government to undertake an updated mapping exercise.
