Acquisition number 17 for Flotek Group: Comvista Networks has joined the Group.

Comvista has delivered network infrastructure, structured cabling and fibre projects across Scotland since 2008. They've been a trusted partner to Flotek for several years, so bringing the business into the Group was a natural next step.

The deal does two things for us.

First, it gives Comvista's founder a clear exit. We'll protect the business he has built, look after its customers, and keep his team's expertise working inside a wider group.

Second, it builds our engineering capability in the north. With a team based in Fife, we now have specialist engineers on the ground in Scotland. That means faster response and more capacity to deliver infrastructure projects for partners across the region.

The acquisition also strengthens our Managed Technology Partner model. We can now take responsibility for the whole environment, from the physical network up through Managed IT, Cyber Security and Communications.
