I currently have some spaces in my Mindful movement classes
Thursday 10am and Friday 11.15am
These classes are a blend of mindfulness and yoga, and include various breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes are suitable for EVERYONE and are held in my beautiful garden studio with cushioned floor and surround sound.
Investment is £12 for 75mins drop in or £10 when block booking.
