MakerClub MakerClub is the UK's largest network of educational makerspaces, created to teach young inventors everything they need to know to succeed in the world!

We now offer STEAM resources that allow schools to bring MakerClub sessions into the classroom! MakerClub is a network of after-school clubs that are based in the UK and designed to teach invention, and all the skills that come with it. Our platform allows us to partner with schools, Universities and makerspaces to teach these emerging technologies. Our clubs are full of 3D printers, laptops, laser cutters, and all the tools, electronics, and craft equipment needed to invent. This includes glue guns, soldering irons, ply wood, acrylic, saws, screwdrivers, vernier callipersā€¦ we could go on! ā—Calling Creative Screen Businesses in Bournemouth/The South Eastā—

After a huge number of sign ups to their previous event held in the South East, Creative England are putting on another event on the 10-11th March at Elstree Studios!

Taking place in Londonā€™s number one film and TV studio, Elstree Studios, Creative England will be holding a two-day intensive bootcamp for 20 creative businesses from the screen industries with the aim to provide access to crucial industry networks and expert business support, enabling them to grow and thrive. Areas covered will include IP, pitching and raising investment.

The programme is for screen companies (film, TV, games, animation, immersive and digital) with a narrative/storytelling focus. Companies must be based in the South East (outside London) and at the growth phase of their journey. Both businesses and freelancers can apply, however priority will be given to businesses (i.e. limited companies).

Spaces are strictly limited and businesses must register their interest ASAP. For full details see Eventbrite page below:
