Simply call, message or come to see us today. I started the business over five years ago after finding there was a gap between my love of tech and the difficulty I found of upgrading to the latest model phone that suited my budget. I knew people wanted affordable, quality second hand or new phones on platforms like Android and Apple. I knew what type of service I wanted to give my customers and so I launched the website, www.phonesfromhome.co.uk . Since the launch in 2016, I’ve added warranty and other service safeguards* for my customers so that you can have confidence in the tech you choose from. With the peace of mind of being able to speak to a person directly and countless positive reviews from other customers, if you can’t find what you’re looking for we may still be able to help, having sourced tech to meet the needs of lots of other people just like you. So whether you want the latest new phone, you’re on a budget, or just that it works out cheaper to buy your phone instead of taking out large monthly contracts, send me a message and see what I can do. The new phone turning on is only the start.

Check your photos, messages, important logins and mobile service before wiping the old one. Banking and authenticator apps can need their own transfer steps.

Keep this beside you when you switch.

That drawer of broken leads counts as electrical waste too.

Keep electricals out of the household bin. Search Recycle Your Electricals to find a local drop-off point, and check what it accepts before travelling.

Two phones can look the same in a listing and come with very different answers.

Ask about the battery, previous-owner locks, repairs and what happens if there's a problem. A clear answer is worth more than a shiny photo.

If you're looking at one of ours, ask us about that exact device.

Paying for iCloud doesn't add space inside your phone. The two work together, but they're different things.

And if iCloud Photos is syncing, deleting a photo can remove it from your other devices too. Check your settings before having a clear-out.
