Our journey began in 1981 at 55 West Street, Boston. What started with selling models soon expanded into computers as well—leading to the name Models & Computers Plus.

In 2018, we relocated to Wide Bargate and rebranded as Phoenix IT Solutions. The name “Phoenix” was chosen to reflect our commitment to continually adapting our business over time, ensuring it remains sustainable while allowing us to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

As 2025 comes to a close, we have now closed our doors at Wide Bargate and will be starting 2026 from our new premises at 22 Pen Street, opening on 5th January.

This move marks a change in how we operate. We will be focusing primarily on our valued business clients and will no longer have a retail area.
Repairs will be carried out by pre-booked appointment drop off only and exclusively on items purchased from us.

We would like to wish all our customers a very Happy New Year and thank you sincerely for your support throughout our 44 years to date in business.
