On Saturday the Redsquid team took on the colour run for our charity of the year, Hertfordshire Mind and loved every second of it! 🤩

We had so much fun running the course, it was a great way to spread the word and raise awareness for mental health support,

We've chosen to take on this challenge in an effort of promoting mental health and well-being across the county.

The induction processes when joining a new organisation can be long, overloading, and boring 😴

At Redsquid, we pride ourselves on our onboarding process, making sure our new starters have all the information they need and feel at home as soon as possible 💪🏻

Our comprehensive training process is designed to cover all bases and equip our team with the skills they need to jump right into projects. We have been capturing the entire induction process on camera, and we're excited to share some highlights of what we've been up to 🙌🏻

It's been a big start to the week for us at Redsquid as we have welcomed another 2 starters to the team 🙌🏻

Tina is joining our sales team, with passion and drive to bring on new customers into the Redsquid community, working closely with the Sales and Marketing team.

Marion is starting as our Head of People ✨ With a wealth of experience, she already has several ideas to help develop and grow our Redsquid community.

Today we are celebrating in the Redsquid office, in the only possible way – by honouring the Women at Redsquid!

The team has spent the last week reading ‘Invisible Women’ exploring the gender data gap and setting up a coffee morning to come together to talk about the themes of the book.

While we continue to focus on getting more women into the tech industry, today is the day to celebrate the ones we already have in the organisation. So happy International Women’s Day to you all 😃

We are celebrating another anniversary in the Redsquid office today, Alistiar has been with us for 1 year!

Alistair came on as our Enterprise Account Manager and has made a massive difference since joining our Account Management team where he now supports a range of our largest customers.

Alistair has been a huge asset to our community, and with his knowledge, optimism, and ability to transform the customer's experience, we are looking forward to many more years! 😃

What better way to end the year than with some Christmas cheer? 🎄

This Christmas we are donating almost 300 books to the children's charity Children Book Project so there is something under the tree for those less fortunate.

Illiteracy is a growing problem in the UK and not enough children have access to books of their own. This is the second time Redsquid is partnering with the charity and the whole Redsquid community has gotten engaged to donate such a large number of books, which allows us to make an even bigger donation than last time! 🙌🏻

With 2022 almost gone, we look back at the last year at Redsquid 😃

2022 has been a year filled with success and celebrations within the Redsquid Community! We have been through Danny's 25th Anniversary, started Redsquid's own football league, and renewed our carbon-neutral status.

This was also a year where we launched our first in-house Cyber Security solutions to make sure all of you stay safe and secure. And finally, this was the year we won nothing less than 5 awards! 😃✨

Today we are watching England's first game while starting our celebration of a beautiful game ⚽️

While there are many things we disagree with at this year's tournament - football is also a celebration that brings all of us together for team bonding, laughter and a passion to do our best together.

At our offices we have several nationalities represented who will meet each other throughout the next month, so while we watch the games we’ll be having some friendly competition in sweepstakes, quizzes, games and other activities while we cheer for (England) to bring the title home.

With mental illness being a growing challenge in the UK, we have enrolled our entire management team in Mental Health training, so they can keep supporting our team through these ever-changing times.

With over 12.5 Billion hours lost in the UK workforce every year because of mental illness, we have teamed up with our customer KEITS Training Services Ltd to provide the training that will equip the team to spot the signs early, identify differences within different cultures and be informed on all the tools we have made available.

25% of the population in the UK experience mental illness, so we keep making sure that mental health is a priority within our Redsquid community so we all can feel the best while we grow together.

Interviewed by Comms Dealer he gives his view on macro economics, the switch off, the skills gap and what we in the sector can do to come out stronger over the next couple of years.

It's that time of year again!

November 25th, we will be walking the 42 km of London's 10 peaks challenge, to raise funds and awareness for our charity of the year 'Watford Women's Centre'.

Watford Women's Centre supports women in our local community and we want to help them with the fantastic work they are doing.

Last year we raised record-breaking funds, let's see if we can do even better this year, as we aim to make a difference.
