Customer contacted us regarding their laptop, the top half had become separated from the bottom half due to a hinge being broken from the top lid. Customer couldn’t open the laptop.

Parts all replaced and now working perfectly.

Just a few different jobs completed this week.

- PS5 full clean. Customer brought in their PS5 that they had not cleaned since release date, nearly 5 years ago. Fully cleaned and booked in for a yearly clean. Runs much quieter now.

- Data transfer from a broken laptop to another laptop for customer. All data exactly as it was on old machine and done same day

- Nintendo switch Joycon replacement, customer had noticed the stick was moving on its own and making games unplayable. Replaced and now working a lot cheaper than buying a new set

- Home visit for a lady who was struggling to set up and work her new tablet, fully set up and shown how to use the way she wanted.

Customer contacted us regarding her MacBook air, which had a damaged screen, and she needed it working as soon as possible. Dropped off Thursday night, collected the next afternoon.

Very happy customer, delighted to get her laptop back working in less than 24 hours.

Customer contacted us regarding his MacBook Air, which the trackpad and keyboard had stopped working. Collected, diagnosed as a faulty trackpad, replace the parts and returned within 24 hours. Very happy customer with a now working laptop.
