I've had a lot of Mini ITX systems through the workshop over the years, but this NZXT H2 Flow build genuinely impressed me.

Despite its compact size, it comfortably houses:

• A 280mm liquid cooler
• A triple fan GPU
• Proper airflow throughout the case

Even better, it was surprisingly straightforward to build in.

This customer also wanted something a little different, so we installed Bazzite Linux with Steam Big Picture mode instead of Windows.

The result is a compact gaming PC that delivers a console-style experience while still being a fully-fledged desktop.

And because it doesn't scream "gaming PC", it looks perfectly at home in a living room setup.

Part 1 of a very interesting build 👀

We're putting together a Mini ITX gaming PC inside the new NZXT H2 Flow, and honestly, we're seeing more and more requests for systems like this.

You get the footprint of a compact machine without giving up the experience of a proper gaming PC.

This customer decided to make the jump after the recent price increases and announcements surrounding handheld gaming devices, opting for a full desktop system instead.

But that's not the interesting bit...
This system is going to be running Bazzite Linux rather than Windows.

A compact gaming PC with a console-style experience and a Linux-based gaming platform.

The best bit?

This isn't even the finished build yet.

This system already sold… but before it left the workshop the customer wanted a few extra upgrades added 👀

So today was all about fitting the new hardware and getting everything finished off properly before dispatch.

One thing we always try to remind people is that our PCs don’t have to stay exactly as shown online.

🛠️ THIS is why we properly test our refurbished Gaming PCs 👀

Every used RAM kit we install into a refurb build gets tested using MemTest86 before the PC is approved.
Faulty RAM can cause:

❌ Crashes
❌ Blue screens
❌ Random instability
❌ Corrupted files

Sometimes memory issues don’t show up straight away either, which is why proper stress testing matters 🔥

We don’t just clean old parts and hope for the best.
