"It's definitely got a virus." 😅

We hear that more than you'd think.

Most of the time it isn't — just a full phone, a dodgy pop-up, or something else entirely. That's exactly why the diagnosis is always free: so you get a straight answer before anyone charges you a penny.

"It's got a virus, I know it has." 📱⚠️

Honestly? One of the most common things we hear in the shop — and most of the time, it isn't one. A pop-up, a full phone, an app that's gone rogue... it can look exactly like a virus without being anywhere near as serious.

So instead of guessing (or panicking), bring it in. Every diagnosis at AO TECH is free — no charge just to find out what's actually wrong, and no fix, no fee if we can't sort it.

Don't bin it. 🎮

It died mid-game on a Saturday morning and nearly went straight in the bin — most broken tech does. Bring it in instead: free diagnostic, no fix no fee, and 12 months warranty if we sort it.

Phones, laptops, consoles, tablets.

The console died on a Saturday morning.

Not the end of the world — except Saturday mornings were the one thing he and his lad actually did together.

He nearly binned it. Most people do, and that's the bit that gets us, because often it's something straightforward at our end.

Bring it in and the diagnostic costs you nothing. If we can't fix it, there's no fee. If we can, it goes home with 12 months warranty.

Phones, laptops, consoles, tablets — before you write it off, let us have a look at it.

There's no way I can afford a new one right now."

We hear that a lot — and usually it isn't true, because most people never find out what their current phone is actually worth.

Bring it in, we'll value it free, and it goes straight towards a better handset. You just pay the difference, same visit.

And the one you trade in doesn't get binned. It's wiped, tested and graded, then goes back on the shelf with 12 months warranty — same as every phone we sell.

Dead by lunchtime. Every day. 🔋

9% before noon, hunting for a charger by two, and then it gives up right when someone actually needs you.

That's the battery, not the phone. Most swaps are done in around 30 minutes while you wait — free quote first, no fix no fee.

Drop. Crack. That sinking feeling. 💔📱

We've all had that moment — phone hits the floor, and your heart does too.

Bring it in. Most cracked screens are sorted while you wait, often in around 30 minutes — and it's always a free quote first, no fix no fee, so you know exactly what you're paying for before we touch a thing.
