Just a quick post to say that we now have full control of our pages again so if you have sent us messages and we have not responded, the reason was simply that we could not gain access to our page. There has been no explanation from Facebook on this matter.

Would also like to tell you that we are now open full time.

Monday to Friday: 11:00am to 6:00pm. No appointment needed.

Please Note. As of the 30th of May 2022 until further notice, our Dickson Road branch will be open Monday - Wednedsay 11:00 to 6:00pm. Thursdays and Fridays will be remote access only. If you need assistance on Thursday or Friday, please call 07398 704589 where we can decide if remote assistance can help you.

In short, Remote Assistance is a method that allows us to connect to your computer via the internet. So if your machine does not have hardware problems and can connect to the internet, there is a high possibilty we can fix it remotely.

It is safe, and it will be me personally attending your machine.

This will help us make savings on energy costs and assist us in maintaining pricing.
