Meet Owen – one of the calmest heads in the room when IT chaos strikes.

Owen has a real talent for guiding customers step by step through their IT headaches. No jargon overload. No panic. Just clear, practical support that makes even the trickiest issues feel manageable.

He’s the kind of person you want on hand when something isn’t working the way it should.

Outside of work, Owen swaps troubleshooting tech for tinkering with cars. Whether it’s modifying, fine-tuning or keeping them running smoothly, he’s happiest under the bonnet.

His go-to film? 2 Fast 2 Furious (of course 🚗).
