Digitek are primarily looking for a sales support person with the ability to adapt to other roles within the company. This position involves telesales, overseeing customer relationships, handling and generating invoices and guaranteeing smooth operations. You will be tasked with learning our diverse product database and managing our loyal customers, while also pursuing new sales opportunities. Additionally, it is essential that you are capable of undertaking and assisting with various physical tasks within the company as required, this includes unloading containers and supporting daily operations.
Comprehensive training will be provided; however, prior experience will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing software pertinent to office management and customer relationship management (e.g., MS Office)
• Familiarity with AV / computer products is beneficial
• Capability to lift weights of up to 25kg for aiding in container unloading and daily tasks.

The ideal Sales Administrator / Sales Advisor:

Managing inbound calls
Day to day communication with customers, internal sales executives, sales professionals, suppliers and all internal teams to ensure optimum and accurate workflow of data and sales support activities throughout the sales office.
Processing customer sales orders, credits, customer pricing, invoices, returns, card payments, purchase orders.
Assisting in processing all general sales and enquiries that come into the sales office to provide a high and professional level of customer support.
Allocating payments for suppliers and customers. Keeping track of credit limits.
Recording daily/weekly/monthly profits for the sales manager
Ensure that all customer records and company files folders are maintained using a secure and responsible method.
Managing and keeping account of staff holidays, absences and birthdays.
Excellent communication and listening skills
Polite, friendly telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers
Positive attitude and high level of motivation
Well organised and thorough
Enjoy working in a busy team environment
Target driven
Maintaining excellent technical knowledge across a wide range of products.
Previous internal sales experience would be an advantage
Advising on and selling the latest gadgets such as PC, Xbox, Playstation & Apple accessories to trade
