Thinking about using Copilot Cowork for your team?

Before you hand any AI “keys to the office”... pause. These new agent-style tools are not just chat. They take action.
And that changes the risk.

They can:
-Send/reply to emails, draft messages, and schedule meetings
-Run recurring scheduled tasks automatically
-Edit existing documents
-Rename, move, classify, or restructure files
-Clean up and organise messy folders
-Act with user-level permissions across systems

That is powerful. The shift is this:

We are now half way through the year… so what should you ask you MSP at your next IT review 🔍

It’s the moment to check your MSP is being proactive, transparent, accountable, and that IT is actually supporting your business.

Here are some questions to have on your agenda:
✅ What do our last 6 months of support stats look like, and what have you done to stop repeat issues?
✅ What are you monitoring day-to-day… and what don’t we currently have visibility on?
✅ When did we last test backups/recovery?
✅ Are we meeting minimum security standards and if not, what’s the 90‑day plan to get us there?
✅ Can we review our user/device/licence counts so billing matches our needs?
✅ What should we prioritise next quarter and what business outcomes will it improve?

A good MSP won’t dodge these. They’ll welcome them, because responsible IT is measurable, and progress should be transparent.

A Copilot agent is not about asking better questions or prompting better.

It is about deciding how work should be done, then enabling your team to leverage agents to help them do their work efficiently and consistently.

Why that matters:
• Your team moves from individual to organisational productivity
• You can standardise rules and outcomes
• You reduce risk by embedding policy, governance and context into the work
• You stop relying on “who remembers how this is done”
• You waste less time looking for information, drafting, and analysing data
• You can turn repetitive tasks into repeatable results

An agent captures organisational knowledge and makes it usable every time, by anyone.

That is the difference between: “AI that helps your team” and “AI that supports your business”
