The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales professional to join our growing, well-established business. This full-time role combines internal sales & customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building very-strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Handling sales enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
* Advising customers on electrical, lighting, and associated products
* Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the business
Could This Be You?
You’ll ideally have:
* Previous experience within an electrical wholesaler, trade counter, or internal sales role
* Strong product knowledge, particularly of electrical and lighting products
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to thrive in a busy office and trade counter environment
* Great attention to detail
* A reliable, positive, and proactive attitude
* A commercial mindset with a genuine desire to help customers
