Silence isn't always golden, especially when it comes to leveraging AI in business. Our extensive research into AI adoption, uncovered a fascinating insight: while 70% of companies are experiencing measurable ROI from AI; highlighting undeniable business value, only 38% are communicating these successes externally. This discrepancy represents a significant missed opportunity for enhancing market positioning and deepening client engagement.

👉 The Reality Check:
- 70% of organisations are reporting AI-driven ROI
- 84% of customers now expect AI-enhanced services
- 61% of companies hold back from discussing AI due to concerns over brand perception

So, why do companies choose to stay silent? The reasons vary:
- Fear of losing authenticity; companies worry that embracing AI might make them appear less human
- Competitive concerns, the anxiety that competitors might replicate their strategies
- Imposter syndrome: doubts about whether their AI implementations are impressive enough
- Legal uncertainties; concerns about compliance and regulations

🚀 Secrets From The High-Performers:
- They communicate AI as a capability enhancer, not just as a tech tool
- They share specific use cases, demonstrating tangible benefits
- They frame AI as a tool for team augmentation, not replacement
- They proactively address client questions about AI usage

🔑 The Competitive Edge:
- Attract top talent eager to work with cutting-edge technology
- Acquire forward-thinking clients who value innovation
- Establish thought leadership by being transparent and informative
- Educate the market, positioning yourself as a leader, not a follower

Don't let your AI success remain the best-kept secret in your industry. "The Big AI Secret" offers profound insights that can help you lead the conversation around AI, rather than simply following it. Your clients expect innovation, and your market is attentive. Harness the power of AI to streamline your business operations

“Completely changed my perception about what's possible with AI Agents within my business – especially when you consider how knowledgeable, helpful and full of ideas everyone have been.” - Emma Causer Holbrook.

This is where the true magic of AI shines for businesses: delivering instant value through accessibility and efficiency.

While many are captivated by AI potential, the real transformation unfolds when systems are designed with humans at the core. The most sophisticated AI is ineffective if users find it difficult to navigate.

What makes Maybe* AI Agents truly effective? It's the balance of power with intuitive design. Your Agents understand context, communicate clearly, and recover gracefully from errors. Most importantly, the Agent builds trust with reliable responses. 🔒

Successful AI implementation doesn't replace human capabilities; it enhances them. By taking on routine tasks, AI Agents allow people to focus on what they excel at: problem-solving and relationship building.

When assessing AI solutions for your business, look beyond the basic metrics:

⏱️ How quickly and accurately does it respond? 🗣️ Does it communicate in a way that inspires confidence? 🔄 Can it handle unexpected situations smoothly? 📱 Is it accessible whenever and wherever needed?

The future of AI belongs to systems that seamlessly integrate into workflows, adapt to diverse needs, and improve through real feedback. Intelligent AI Agents don't just automate; they transforms experiences. ✨

Are you ready to discover how AI Agents can revolutionise your operations? With AI from Maybe*, you’ll experience personalised solutions that provide answers in seconds, not hours. Get started today.

If you're evaluating Perplexity Computer, it's worth separating two things that are often treated as the same: impressive task ex*****on and dependable business ex*****on. 📊

Perplexity Computer looks strong as a personal tool. It can break a goal into tasks, run work asynchronously in the cloud, orchestrate different specialist models, and return finished outputs such as documents, dashboards, and code. For individuals and technical teams, that can be a real advantage.

A business decision, however, comes with requirements that don't always appear in product demos. You need shared workflows, consistent behaviour across team members, central visibility, and policy controls over what the system can access and what it is allowed to do. You also need continuity: when someone leaves, their automation should not leave with them.

There's also the “last mile” problem. A report does not equal progress if the lead still needs a follow‑up, the CRM still needs updating, and the next step still needs scheduling. Many organisations lose hours every week in exactly those hand‑offs.

Maybe* is built for that operational layer. It runs inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, where teams already coordinate work. The outcome is not only a generated asset; it is work completed inside your business tools: follow‑ups drafted, records updated, actions assigned, and risks surfaced.

A practical approach is, therefore, simple:
• Use personal ex*****on tools for deep research and technical builds.
• Use a business ex*****on layer when the work must move across people, systems, and governance.

We've laid out the full comparison: what Perplexity Computer does well, and where Maybe* takes over, so leaders can choose based on outcomes, not hype.

AI coding tools can be genuinely valuable, but only if you’re clear about the category you’re buying into.

Claude Code is often described as, “Copilot, but better”, but that’s not quite accurate.

Copilot is outstanding at inline suggestions and boilerplate speed, but it does not run your code, plan work, or complete multi-step tasks. Cursor is a strong AI-native editor that makes writing and refactoring smoother, but it is still an editor-first workflow.

Claude Code is different because it operates inside a developer’s terminal and can work across an entire codebase. It can read and write code, run tests, interpret error output, and iterate towards a working solution.

That autonomy is powerful, but it is not automatic safety.

A technically capable person still needs to brief it well, review changes, and deploy responsibly.

For leaders, the practical benefit is fewer “small but expensive” engineering hours lost to repetitive tasks and context switching.

At Maybe*, we use Claude Code and Cursor because they help us build and ship with speed and quality.

We also think it matters to say what Claude Code won’t do.

It will not chase a sales follow-up, update your CRM, or keep your project actions moving when humans get busy. That’s where Maybe* comes in: AI Agents that execute business work securely inside the tools your team already runs on. ✅

Lots of businesses are exploring AI right now, but the real challenge is making it useful in day to day operations. Generative AI (GenAI) is being deployed widely, and a recent survey from Gartner showed how quickly it is spreading across organisations. The proportion of organisations using AI across multiple business units has grown from 13% to 28% in two years. Trust is improving too, with 75% of business units cooperating on AI initiatives.

Still, many teams get stuck after the “cool prototype” stage. Only 48% of AI prototypes move into production, and average time to production is now 8.2 months. That is where costs creep up, people lose momentum, and leaders struggle to show clear ROI.

In our blog, we outline a straightforward approach that helps teams move from experimentation to delivery. Start with a scalable AI operating model so decision making is clear and consistent. Build strong AI engineering practices so solutions can be tested, monitored, and rolled out reliably. Upskill teams with role specific AI training, and pair it with change management so people actually adopt what you build. Put trust, risk, and security at the centre so progress does not create new problems. Then use the Gartner AI Maturity Model to review your progress each year across strategy, use cases, governance, engineering and data, ecosystems, and culture.

AI can be impressive in a demo. The question is what happens on a normal Tuesday when your team is busy.

Most popular AI tools are “answering” tools. They write, summarise, brainstorm, and research. That’s valuable. But in many businesses, the real cost is in the handoff: taking an output and turning it into action inside email, CRM, calendars, and project management. That handoff is where things slip, especially when the work is repetitive, shared across people, or dependent on timing.

Looking at AI through the lens of “answer vs act” helps you buy the right thing. If you mainly need drafting and thinking support, an answering tool may be enough. If you need consistent ex*****on, you should test whether the tool can complete multi-step tasks end‑to‑end: update records, prepare follow-ups, assign actions, schedule next steps, and surface what’s overdue. Ideally it should do that inside your existing systems, with clear rules and visibility.

Before you commit to any platform, run a small pilot. Choose one workflow that is measurable, frequent, and currently inconsistent. Decide what “done” means not “drafted,” but actually done . Track cycle time and missed steps for two weeks. Then compare.

Start with one task. Read more in the blog for the full comparison and examples 👉 https://www.maybetech.com/blog/why-ai-tools-leave-work-undone-ex*****on-layer

Tired of AI projects dragging on with little to show for it? Discover how to transform disarray into a competitive edge in just 12 weeks.

In a fast-paced world, many businesses find their AI programmes stumbling after a year, leaving them with little to show for their efforts. But this doesn't have to be your story. Through our comprehensive research, encapsulated in 'The Big AI Secret', we've uncovered a game-changing approach to AI implementation that defies the traditional 12-month grind.

Our proven 3-phase framework promises rapid, effective results:

1️⃣ ASSESS Weeks 1-3: Begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your current state and identifying areas of waste. High-performing organisations know that skipping this vital step can lead to costly mistakes. Instead, they streamline their assessments to ensure that every decision is data-driven and strategically sound.

2️⃣ CONNECT Weeks 4-8: Focus on creating integrations that address the most significant areas of waste. This phase isn't about adding more tools to your stack; it's about optimising the ones you already have to work seamlessly together, thus enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

3️⃣ DEPLOY Weeks 9-12: Implement these integrated workflows across your team and diligently measure the impact. This approach enables you to achieve 2.3× faster decision-making in just 90 days, setting the stage for sustained success.

This journey is not about reckless speed; it's about smart, efficient transformation. As 'The Big AI Secret' reveals, those leading the way are the ones who act decisively, rather than waiting for the perfect conditions that may never come.

🔍 At Maybe*, we're here to support you in achieving tangible AI results. We help you build a strategic capability that not only meets your current needs but also enhances your business's bottom line for the future.

We get asked a fair question in almost every client kickoff: if AI Agents are doing the work, what are the humans for? If you're responsible for retention, you already know why this matters.

Retention isn't a one-off campaign. It's continuous observation, rapid pattern recognition, and timely intervention across thousands of customer journeys. Yet most teams are staffed, scheduled, and measured as if the work is periodic.

In the final part of our Scaling up with Agents blog series, we explain the model we're building with groa° on Maybe*: cognitive partnership. It's not a situation where automation replaces the team. It's an environment where Agents take the continuous operational and analytical load, and humans take the work that compounds relationships over time. When Agents handle lifecycle state management daily, detect decay across loyalty and activation, govern suppression and deliverability, reconcile identities across platforms, and recommend channel and timing choices, the operational treadmill stops. The hours spent reconciling data and chasing inconsistencies become infrastructure that runs in the background.

That creates space for the human work that drives long-term retention. Humans can own strategy and decide which segments matter to the brand's future. Humans can shape brand meaning and creative systems so campaigns feel intentional, not rushed. Humans can design experiences that customers remember, from post-purchase to loyalty, not just optimise deliverability. Humans can also set the guardrails that keep the system safe and on-brand, including economic thresholds, voice constraints, ethical limits, and cadence ceilings. And when the edge cases arrive, a PR moment, a recall, or a culturally sensitive launch window, humans make the judgement call.

If you're exploring Agents, don't start with headcount. Start with the impossible part of the job, the continuous operational load.

Read the blog to see how cognitive partnership changes what retention teams can deliver: https://www.maybetech.com/blog/cognitive-partnership-retention-teams-agents-groa-part-4
