In case you missed it 👀 (or fancy a little )

We recently shared some exciting news — Double Diamond Delivery officially joined the Spherica group 🎉 (and yes, we’re still excited).

Sure, acquisitions are often about strengthening portfolios, but for us, it’s really about people, culture, and shared values. That’s why bringing DDD into the group felt like such a natural fit from day one.🫂

So… what have we been up to since then?

Quite a lot, actually!

The Double Diamond crew have been joining our board meetings, we’ve been getting to know each other properly, aligning our goals, building collaboration platforms, and meeting the wider teams. The desire to deliver service excellence and the cultural fit is spot on!

We’re already working on our first customer engagement together too! So it’s safe to say the ball is well and truly rolling, and we’re excited about how the partnership is strengthening our service offerings.

We’re looking forward to what’s next.

Autism East Midlands supports autistic people and their families across multiple sites, but managing property maintenance through paper-based processes made it harder to track, prioritise and report on work across the organisation.

Working with AEM, we designed a bespoke Power App to digitise how maintenance jobs are logged, tracked and approved.

This resulted in:

⚡ Requests logged and routed in seconds
📊 Real-time visibility for teams and leadership
🌱 Thousands of pages of paper eliminated each year

By removing an average one-hour delay per request, the solution saves 2,258 hours of admin time annually, giving teams more time to focus on what really matters.

This is a great example of how simple, well-designed digital tools can deliver real operational, environmental and people-focused impact.

This Christmas, we chose to use our festive budget to support two charities doing important work within our communities.

We were proud to support Mums In Need, who provide practical, emotional and legal support to women helping them and their families rebuild stability and confidence.

We also supported Titan Partnership, who work with disadvantaged children and families, creating opportunities and experiences that help young people build confidence and access support they might not otherwise receive.

Supporting organisations like these felt like a meaningful way to give back this Christmas, and we hope our contribution helps them continue their valuable work into the year ahead.

This week for our , we’re introducing our new Sales & Marketing Director, Scott Littlehales, who brings his 30 years of experience across the Managed IT Services sector, helping businesses and their people to benefit from modern ways of consuming IT services.

📍Scott’s journey
Across these 30 years, Scott has only worked at three MSP's and is now bringing that wealth of experience and energy to Spherica to help us grow by spreading the word about our innovative AI service desk solution, ServiceHive. He’s already hit the ground running, organising events, shaping strategy, and connecting with customers to show how automation can transform their IT support operating model.

💡How Scott uses ServiceHive:
