It's a brilliant discussion between our very own Helena Hornby, London Borough of Lambeth's Jake Morgan-Stead, and the Local Government Association's Matt Nicholls who speak openly about what it can be like in the eye of a misinformation storm. They also share some fantastic advice on how comms professionals can handle the heat, how to look after yourselves and your team, and why turning off comments isn't the answer.
