We had a customer bring this laptop in to us to diagnose the problem, he said it wasn’t charging anymore and made a crackling noise when the charger was plugged in 😮

The laptop was condemned as unsafe to use but the damage had already been done and it was dead, this is one of the worst bodged up repairs we’ve ever seen and goes to show you need to be cautious about who you trust to do any repairs 🤨
