If you are going to purchase a secondhand mac, please ensure Apple ID or firmware passwords have been removed from the machine by the previous user!

If you fail to do this, machine could be locked at a later stage, rendering it useless . On the new machines, you cannot undo Apple ID lock.!

DO NOT UPGRADE TO BIG SUR!!

Dear customers.. We are getting lots of phone calls as customers Apple products have been "bricked" during the Big Sur update. This is more of an issue on older macs 2015 and below

Please wait a few weeks for Apple to release an update or bring your Mac into us if you have a black screen Mac
