Introducting thermal receipt printer support. New ways to get proper printed tickets into customers’ hands.

The Seaty Print Hub connects a compact thermal printer to a Windows computer or a spare Android phone or tablet. It prints full-length branded tickets with the show, the seats and the entry code, and it's free to use, all you need is a thermal printer.

There are two ways to use it:

Remote printing

Open an order from wherever you are and press Print. The tickets come out of the hub at the venue, with the order number printed on them and ready for collection. You can trigger the print from any phone, tablet or computer, including an iPhone.

Walk-up printing

Customers scan the code on the printer (you can get this when you start a print hub session), sign in to Seaty and print their tickets there and then. They can print only their own tickets, never anyone else’s.

No ink and no cartridges. Just thermal paper to replace. Our recommended printer is the Epson TM-m30III.

Built for a society running a ticket table for one weekend, and for a venue running a box office all year.

Send a survey by link, QR code or email. Email attendees who opted in, and replies can come back linked to the performance and ticket type they held.

Use forms for the paperwork your organisation already runs on. Sign-ups, consent, agreements and member details can all live in Seaty instead of paper, WhatsApp or a spreadsheet on one person’s laptop.
