We are delighted to show you the behind-the-scenes thinking of our successful campaign with Oleeo, a software company specialising in recruitment.

Our purpose was to create, manage and implement an engaging and creative campaign to illustrate the advantages of using Oleeo’s new Artificial Intelligence [AI] driven Intelligent Selection [IS] software solution.

These stunning individually crafted casebound brochures for the Winter View and Castlewood properties exemplify the calibre of Westbourne Homes.

The classic gold foil embossed detailing used for the Castlewood logo, complements the traditional design of this magnificent 6 bedroom country home.

Winter View on the other hand, uses a sleek black foiling and cool tones on the cover, inspired by the kitchen design; to create unity as well as showcasing their attention to detail.

Each brochure has been layflat printed to give prominence to the wonderful photography and further emphasise the high-end premium feel of these properties.

Great paid Facebook ads begin with understanding who your target audience is. When tasked with creating a two week-long campaign for one of our clients, we used our extensive knowledge of the property market and purchaser demographics to build precise targeting.

Teamed with our experienced designers, we crafted and tailored unique creative solutions which capture attention and gain results.

The end result was a campaign which generated brand awareness through a high level of reach and also lead viewers to their landing page at a low cost-per-click.

And we are back! Yesterday we were out on a site visit for an exciting new project. These meetings are invaluable, from it we learn a wealth of information about the development vision, the target audience and the local area, all to inspire us and realise the overall creative direction.

June was a brilliant month at Avatar. Despite the ongoing Lockdown challenges, the team have been working hard to turn this into an opportunity and to bring the best possible service to our clients. The work has certainly paid off!

Our property client, Kebbell, successfully sold 7 homes in the week following the lift in restrictions affecting house sales. Andrea Fawell, Kebbell’s Sales and Marketing Director responded:

Our teams talents extend well beyond the studio. From stem ginger cake and banoffee cheesecake in the kitchen to homegrown veg, fresh cherries and blossoming raspberries in the garden. Whilst still working hard for their clients the team have been topping up their skills whilst working from home.
