What would you put in a setup like this… a cinema, gym, or golf simulator?

This project for our client was all about turning an entire property into a fully connected, effortless living space — across the main house, pool area, and even converted stables.

We built a 17-zone system using Sonos (Arc, Port & Amp) paired with KEF in-ceiling and on-wall speakers, KEF Ventura outdoor speakers, and an Origin Acoustic landscape system — so music flows seamlessly everywhere.

Dedicated media spaces feature full 7.1 and 5.1 surround sound setups for a proper cinematic experience at home.

For video, Pulse Eight Neo 4K matrices distribute Sky and Apple TV to 11 screens across the property, all controlled via Logitech Harmony Elite remotes.

Behind it all is a solid network using Ubiquiti access points, gigabit & PoE switching, and hardwired RJ45 throughout — built for speed, reliability, and zero dropouts.

The original stables have been completely reimagined — now home to a gym, studio, pool room, private spaces, and even a golf simulator… all fully integrated.
