🚨 Special Birthday Alert 🚨

Huge happy 3rd birthday to Teddy today!

It's hard to believe our favourite four legged colleague is already three. Teddy has been part of the office family since the day after Suzanne brought him home, and he hasn't missed a day since.

Safe to say he knows where his favourite spot is!!

We hope your day is filled with fuss, treats, cuddles, and everything else a very good boy deserves. 🐶🎉❤️

Is it Friday already? 🎉

It's been a short, uncomfortably hot week for most, but things were as busy as ever at Customer First Digital:

✍️ Dave's been deep in prep mode getting ready to represent the team and the brands we work with at Affilifest next week - if you're attending, be sure to seek him out!

👏 Several brands have opted to take advantage of our free affiliate programme appraisal, designed to highlight everything from performance benchmarks, best practices, and recruitment to optimisation opportunities, quick wins and a forecast for your programmes potential.

✈️ The team have been busy researching opportunities and growing publisher relationships overseas, with some of our existing brands keen to grow awareness in Europe and Asia.

🏆️ We've got several case studies nearing completion, highlighting the strong results our tests have been providing for our brands - keep an eye out as we start to roll these out in June!

Another busy and productive week for the team. Here are a few highlights:

🍪 Dave hosted this week’s Face the Future: Beyond the Biscuit, challenging the team to create a song, poem, or limerick inspired by Face the Future’s “365 Days of SPF” campaign.

📍 Dave travelled to London on Monday for the Inner Circle Series of the Agency Advisory Board, a productive day filled with great conversations and insights.

📞 The team joined APMA's deep dive into the 2026 State of the Affiliate Nation research, unpacking the insights and data trends from this year's report.

☕ We unboxed the new Barista Cup range from our partners at MONOWARE. We can't wait to put them to good use!

The team have been reviewing partner performance and the latest results show strong momentum across the board.

Our partners recorded a year-on-year increase of +18.9%, alongside a month-on-month uplift of +4.1%.

Although it’s been a shorter week, the team here at CFD have still been keeping very busy.

Here are a few highlights from across the week:

🤝 The team have been deep in client calls and strategy conversations with brands including Hitachi, MONOWARE and Sunspel.

🔒 Industry conversations this week have centred around the continued rise of Closed User Groups (CUGs), with brands increasingly focusing on more targeted, high value customer engagement and stronger incrementality within affiliate activity. 👉 Read more via Hello Partner.
