Pokemon Update!

Ok so as many of you are aware there has been quite a few delays with the 30th Anniversary Stock.

Most pre orders have already been fulfilled. I still have some waiting to be collected in store and there are more on the way today / tomorrow.

Any one who ordered a Binder Collection, Poster collection, Greninja Box, Greninja Tin, they are here and ready to be collected if you havent already.

Elite Trainer Boxes - I have a couple still waiting to be collected, if you were waiting until the 28th for yours, these have been delayed and I still dont have a date when they will be available (at the moment these are delayed, not cancelled)

Sylveon Boxes / Tins - Delayed.

Some Blister Packs and Tech Stickers should be here today. Mini Tins and booster bundles look to have been brought forward to today too.

As soon as these are ready, I will put up another post.

With all stock due in, I will be honoring all pre orders first before any stock is out for free sale.

Hi Just a quick update for everyone.

Phonecalls: I appreciate a lot of you are frustrated at not being able to reach me on the phone, unfortunately its still very busy in-store and im struggling to get a chance to answer, yet alone listen to voicemails and ring back.

Messages: I have alot of messages piled up in the inbox, i will try and work through these as quick as possible.

Repairs - These are the priority and im trying to work through these, but i do have a queue building up

Trades - I have loads of trades piled up to the point i don't have space to hold any more, once repairs are caught up i will start going through trades and get them checked / tested but currently theres quite a wait and i cant accept any more just now to hold in store.

Pokemon 30th Anniversary, stock has started to arrive, the first wave of ETB aren't arriving until release day tomorrow. I understand these are already paid for and i will try my best to get these processed for you as soon as possible.

Thankyou for your patience and understanding.
