I’m a retired computer software and hardware engineer based in Henley-on-Thames. I offer individuals and Small Office and Home (SOHO) users in and around Berkshire/Oxfordshire area a range of technical services and extremely competitive prices. We do this more as a hobby, not as a business as such, and therefore can offer very competitive prices as we just want to help others and earn some pocket money at the same time.
If I cannot fix the problem there will be no charge. I do not generally charge for call outs unless they are too far away (over 10 miles), in which case I will charge between £5 and £10.
